In the April 2010 issue of Physique Magazine, Matt has 2 features (both of which are on the front cover.  Matt did some press work for the magazine at the 2010 Arnold Classic out in Columbus, OH and has an awesome recap of the show.  The second feature he has in the issue is how to eat clean while on the road.  Being a "road warrior" is not joke and eating clean while traveling is no laughing matter but can be quite simple.
In the April/May 2010 issue of Body Fitness, Matt has a feature on why the food pyramid is making you fat.  Anyone wonder why many Americans are overweight?  Anyone wonder why when you follow the food pyramid you don't lose weight and can even gain weight?  Read his article in this issue and you will understand.

In the February 2010 issue of IronPinoy Magazine, Matt has 2 cover stories featuring Obi Obadike and Noemi Jaramillo.  Obi has been on the cover of pretty much every magazine and is taking over the industry.  Noemi is just breaking into the industry and has an amazing story on her road into the fitness industry.
In the January 2010 issue of Physique, Matt has a feature on how beginners can get started with an exercise program.  Working out isn't necessarily the hard part... getting started is half the battle.  If you fall into that category where you always wanted to start working out but never really had any guidance as to how to get started, this feature is definitely one you will want to read.

In the May 2007 issue of Ironman Magazine, Matt has a feature on putting together an awesome pair of triceps.  You will find 10 different tricep routines to give you the thick and ripped triceps you've always wanted.
Winter 2009 Issue
In the Winter 2009 issue of MET-Rx magazine, Matt has a feature on flexibility.  Many people neglect flexibility training in their routine and they find themselves losing it over time.  Loss of flexibility can lead to injury.  Stay injury free by reading this article!
